What loan amount am I eligible for?
The amount of your payday loan is based on information provided in your application. Once you have established repayment history with us, you will be eligible for larger loan amounts, up to the $500 maximum.

What if I have poor credit?
No problem. We do not pull a credit report from any of the three "traditional" credit bureaus. Instead we look at your past payday loan history with us and other lenders by reviewing Teletrack and CL Verify databases.  These are national databases that contain information about payday loans and other transactions with financial institutions.

How do I know if my loan is approved?
Youll find out instantly after submitting your application! We will also send you an email to confirm that your loan has been approved.

When will you send money to my bank account?
Your application is processed immediately after it is submitted. We will deposit funds directly into your bank account the next business day if your loan is approved by 3:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, except for weekends and holidays.

What if I request my loan on Friday after 3:30 PM or on a weekend?
If your loan is approved, we will deposit funds into your bank account on the following Tuesday morning (as long as Monday is not a bank holiday).

What if I request my loan on a holiday?
If your loan is approved, we will deposit funds into your bank account on the second business day after the holiday.

When is my loan due?
Loans are due on your next payday. Loans cannot be outstanding for less than 4 days or more than 31 days.

What if I want to pay off my loan before the due date?
Please email us at support@clearskyfinancial.com at least 2 business days in advance of the due date and we would be happy to arrange it.

How soon can I receive another loan?
It usually takes 3 business days for your payment to clear to the bank. You are eligible to apply for another loan with us after the 3rd business day.

How do I receive the cash and how do I repay the loan?
We use ACH Network to directly deposit cash into your bank account. We also withdraw the outstanding loan amount and loan fee from your account on the due date using the ACH Network. This happens automatically on the due date.

Is my personal information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Protecting your privacy and personal information is of utmost importance to us. We do not sell your personal information or share it with any other entity for their marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Why am I not receiving emails from ClearSKY Financial?
Many ISPs (internet service providers) use spam filters to reduce the number of "unwanted" emails going to their customers. Sometimes, this accidentally stops you from getting important loan information from ClearSKY Financial. To prevent this from happening, please add our email address (support@clearskyfinancial.com) to your address book or spam "safe senders" list.
